Hoardgamez (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a board game collection tracker published by tinyorc. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. We built Hoardgamez to collect as little as possible: it works without an account, without ads, and without tracking you across other apps or websites.
Hoardgamez does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or location.
To identify games, limited data is shared with the following providers solely for that purpose:
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Scanned photos are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers afterward. To keep the app fast, we may cache recognition results and related identifiers (such as a game title, its details, and the scanned barcode/title used as a lookup key) — never your photos or personal data. Your collection remains on your device and is removed if you delete the app.
Hoardgamez is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
